Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Outdoor Paradise Landscaping & Irrigation Design. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
The service descriptions, process explanations and general guidance on this site are provided for information. Every property is different, and nothing here is a professional assessment of yours. Advice about drainage, irrigation, soil or construction on your specific site should come from someone who has looked at it.
Estimates and quotes
Submitting the estimate form, calling or texting starts a conversation — it does not create a contract, book a date or guarantee a price. Estimates are free and are given after we have looked at the property. Work begins only once scope and price have been agreed between us.
Photography on this site
Images on this website include licensed stock photography used to illustrate the types of service we provide. Except where a photo is identified as a specific Outdoor Paradise project, images should be taken as illustrative of the work described rather than as a depiction of a particular job, property or customer.
Trademarks and content
The Outdoor Paradise name, the ODP logo and the content of this site belong to Outdoor Paradise Landscaping & Irrigation Design or its licensors. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy the site's content or branding for your own commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party links
This site links to our Facebook and Instagram pages and embeds a Google map. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information published here.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last changed shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
